Tech Tuesday…… just because it fits or might somewhat work doesn’t mean it’s right!
I don’t know why but it seems I’m a magnet for screwed up builds or problems. We get so many units in and some are very expensive professional builds that don’t work right or fail very early on.
Some will see the problem and some won’t in this pic and that’s fine. The important thing is a good working car is one that the whole combination from bumper to bumper works together just like a good transmission or engine! All the internals should be matched to each other for the unit to work like it should!

All 400s with or without dump valves for troubled thrust engines do not need a bypass valve dumping hot oil back to the pan!
If you’re on a small budget or ready to spend whatever we can provide reliability and tune ability!

Ok so with the constant pricing increase from manufacturers and extended wait times I am changing the way we do things at the shop.
1. Drop off and pickup by appointment only and no same day appointment unless emergency and we have talked! Remember your emergency isn’t always my emergency.

2. 50% of original quote required as deposit at drop off.
3. I am not a storage facility! I am only going to allow a small number of jobs at the shop at a time, when one leaves I will allow another to come. I only have so much space and did all I could afford on the addition last year but this will help things flow and get you your stuff back sooner!
4. Starting July 1st ( tomorrow ) once your unit/part or whatever is completed and you’re notified you have 1 week to schedule pickup and 2 weeks to pickup from date notified of completion. After that unit or parts might be sold and you go to back of line and I will build another.
5. I am offering a expedited service for a extra fee. Cost is based on the job. In summer months only allowing 2 per month. In winter time I will allow 1 a week. So if you have the drive through urge then please inquire about it!

Again I hope all understand and trust this is to help you and me to do better and shorten wait times as much as possible! This is also to help the cost I can control! Things are thinning out and hopefully be rolling in and out real soon!

Okay as some know I have stopped taking on work for a little while now as I am behind further than I should be. I am working hard to get caught up but some things are out of my control. Once I do start taking work again which should be in a couple of weeks things will be a little different. Everyone wants a one man shop quality but not the one man shop wait time! So with that said to help me to help you all pickup and drop off will be scheduled. All contact,information and questions will be through PM on this page ( not my personal page) any that is outside of this page will not be replied to. The phone is a great tool but it also cost a ton of time in interruptions. I am looking into getting a business phone soon and if or who do you can call or text that number. Again this will help all of us and get you back on the road faster! I have tried to hire help and everyone knows what that is like and actually had a guy for the last few months that is now moving on to bigger better things so at this time it’s back to me and going to stay that way for a while. Thanks for your understanding.

KO28S at US36 raceway brought to you by Race Star wheels May 1st this Saturday!
It’s going to be a hell of a shootout with someone of the best in the country on the property! This race has only been won by 2 different nitrous cars, what’s it gonna take for a boosted combo to get it done? Who gonna come take this money? Was a beautiful day testing yesterday, Mike Franks and crew been working on the surface and the improvements are awesome! Remember for the KO28 class this year and parity reasons slicks only. Index classes you can run radials but no street tires ( hard radials ) mike says. Can’t wait to see everyone in a few days for a family fun night of racing! PFA 😂
