Hello Everyone,
I wanted to take a moment to share a little of the personal side of our business with all of you. Over the past six months, we've faced some difficult times, both individually and as a team. As a result, our business had to take a backseat while we focused on our personal lives.
It is with a heavy heart that I share the passing of Harley, one of our technicians and business partners, on January 4. Harley was the foundation of this business—he was the reason it was started and played a pivotal role in its growth. Whether he was handling the books, managing customers and invoices with Dana, or working on tech jobs with Nate, Harley was always there, often going above and beyond for the business. AZA, which stands for Alba, Zans, Alba, will always carry his legacy.
After much reflection, we’ve decided to continue with the business for now. However, we ask for your patience and understanding. With Nate remaining as our sole technician (while juggling a full-time job, a busy family, and a pregnant fiancé) and Dana handling scheduling, keeping our books in order, ordering parts, and responding to messages, we are currently operating with just the two of us.
We plan to resume scheduling in mid- to late February. After that, we will take a short break at the end of April and into May to welcome our new baby, before returning to full operation in mid- to late June.
We truly appreciate your support as we navigate this challenging time. Thank you so much for being a part of our journey.
