🚨 Something BIG is coming......Once an Entrepreneur, Always an Entrepreneur
We’ve been working behind the scenes on an exciting new and additional family owned venture launching in the next few weeks that ties in from one Contractor to another Contractor as well as other business owners and for personal needs and services!
We’re keeping the name under wraps for now, but this is something we’ve been working on and researching for some time.
Before making the decision to move forward, we spent considerable time researching this particular market, developing the business plan, and talking with trusted business mentors and advisors. One thing continued to stand out: the market is fragmented, and there appears to be a real gap and opportunity for the type of specialty business and experience we plan to bring to it.
The feedback we've received throughout our research and planning has only strengthened our belief that there's an opportunity to do something different.
Our plan is simple: prove the model locally first. Learn from our customers, refine the operation, build the right systems, and determine what works. If we execute the way we believe we can, our longer-term goal is to scale the business regionally.
And now, the pieces are coming together:
📍 A dedicated location is officially secured
🚛 We are going to be adding to inventory/equipment
⚙️ Operations and systems are being structured and fine-tuned
💻 A brand new website is almost ready to launch
🎉 A soft opening is coming soon
Right now, our focus is making sure the foundation is in place for a smooth startup right out of the gate from inventory and rental processes to customer experience and day-to-day operations.
We don't want to simply open the doors. We want to open prepared.
Our goal is to provide an experience that is simple, convenient, dependable, and built around the customer from day one.
We're excited to test what we've built locally, listen to our customers, continue improving the model, and see where we can take it from there.
For now, though, we're keeping the name and a few other details under wraps. 👀
Location reveal. Website launch. Soft opening. And much more coming soon.
Stay tuned — we’re almost ready to roll!
