Opportunities for growth

Responsibilities include:

-Loading, transporting, and delivering items to clients or businesses in a safe, timely manner.
-Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied.
-Assisting with loading and unloading items from vehicles..
-Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and handling complaints from clients.
-Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules.
-Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record.
-Preparing reports and other documents relating to deliveries.

Requirements:

-Valid driver's license

Service Technician Job Qualifications:
• 3+ years’ experience with HD service.
• Valid driver’s license, additional pay for CDL
• Subject to random drug testing throughout employment
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in all conditions.
• Be responsible using company tools and driving vehicles
• Detail oriented and the ability to work efficiently turning out excellent work.
• Cat, Paccar & Cummins certifications are a plus!

Requirements:
• 1-3 Year of applicable face-to-face customer service experience.
• High attention to detail in preparing HD truck/automotive service documentation.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to translate customer needs to workable technician orders
• Organizational skills including the ability to schedule appointments, meet with customers and ensure that work is done properly
• Exceptional customer service skills based on experience
• Ability to communicate complicated processes to customers who may only have basic application knowledge
• Basic mathematics skills to prepare and process bills and customer payment
• Working knowledge and experience of heavy duty/automotive products, repairs and parts

Responsibilities
• Ascertains HD truck/automotive problems and services by listening to customer's description of symptoms; clarifying description of problems; conducting inspections; taking test drives; checking vehicle maintenance records; examining service schedules.
• Verifies warranty and service contract coverage by examining records and papers; explaining provisions and exclusions.
• Develops estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labor; calculating customer's payment, including deductibles.
• Prepares repair orders (RO) by describing symptoms, problems, and causes discovered, as well as repairs and services required; obtaining approval signatures; entering RO into service database system.
• Maintains customer rapport by explaining estimates and expected return of vehicle; obtaining customer's approval of estimates; obtaining and providing contact telephone numbers; answering questions and concerns; arranging towing and temporary transportation.
• Maintains service records by recording problems and corrective actions planned.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading manufacturers' publications.
• Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
• Answers customer questions about service outcomes and consulting with technicians when necessary
