No, your car isn't haunted. You probably have a BCM issue.
The Body Control Module (BCM) is the control unit responsible for your vehicle's electrical accessories — power windows, door locks, interior lighting, horn, wipers, keyless entry, and more. When a BCM is replaced without proper programming, the results can range from mildly annoying to completely non-functional.
