A message to all of our valued customers,

I wanted to take a moment to address some changes we have made this week.

An employee has been terminated following information that came to my attention involving conduct that is completely inconsistent with the values, standards, and commitment to the safety and well being of the people we care about and the community we serve.

Because this is a personal matter, I will not be discussing details publicly. Please know that I have taken the appropriate actions and will continue to stand firmly behind my responsibility to provide a safe and trustworthy environment.

As we adjust to the change, my team is currently operating with fewer technicians. That may mean that things take a little bit longer than usual. We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding while we work through the transition and add some new faces to get back up to speed. We will not be closing down and we are still happy to help with any vehicle needs.

Thank you for the continued support and please know that I am committed to doing the right thing, even when it means making difficult decisions.
