A Personal Update from Illusionz Detailing & Ceramic Coatings

This isn’t an easy post to make.

Over the last few years, this business has grown far beyond anything I imagined, and that’s because of every single one of you. Every recommendation, every share, every review, and every vehicle or boat you’ve trusted me with has helped build Illusionz into what it is today. I truly can’t thank you enough.

As many of you know, I’m a one-man operation. I take a lot of pride in my work, and I’ve never wanted to be the guy who rushes through jobs just to fit more people into the schedule. I’d rather do fewer vehicles and know every customer is getting my absolute best.

Because of that, I’ve made the difficult decision to change the direction of my business.

Starting on the 1st of next month, I’ll be focusing exclusively on ceramic coatings, paint corrections, warranty inspections, and maintenance washes for vehicles and boats that I’ve personally ceramic coated.

My maintenance program has become one of my favorite parts of the business because I get to watch these vehicles stay protected and looking incredible year after year. That’s the level of service I want to continue providing.

For customers needing traditional detailing services, I won’t be disappearing. I’ll be referring those jobs to two detailers that I trust and respect, so you’ll still be in good hands.

If you’ve been thinking about protecting your vehicle or boat with a ceramic coating, now is the time to get on the schedule. Once the new schedule begins, my availability will be very limited and reserved for coating clients and maintaining the vehicles already in the Illusionz family.

I know this change may disappoint some people, and for that I’m truly sorry. But this decision comes from wanting to protect the reputation I’ve worked so hard to build—not by doing more work, but by continuing to do the highest-quality work I possibly can.

Thank you for believing in me, supporting a small business, and allowing me to do what I love every day. I wouldn’t be here without all of you, and I’m excited for this next chapter.

Dealership messed up her plastics!

This is our sweet girl, Nova. She has been part of our family through so many memories, adventures, and milestones. Recently, we discovered a large lump on her chest that needs to be removed as soon as possible. Unfortunately, the surgery and veterinary costs are more than we can afford at this time.

Anyone who knows us knows we don’t usually ask for help, but Nova means the world to our family, and we’re doing everything we can to get her the care she needs.
