We are expanding our fleet and currently seeking additional tow truck drivers to operate our new vehicles, as well as a service van driver. These roles are full-time positions that include take-home trucks. Ideal candidates will possess a good driving record and a valid DOT card. While a CDL is not mandatory, it is preferred. We take pride in undertaking complex recovery operations others consider impossible. When four towing companies were unable to succeed, resulting in broken equipment and considerable damage, including a 100ft drag that damaged the van's undercarriage, one company declined voicing concerns over potential tipping risks, the consensus was recovery couldn't be done without causing more damage and deploying a heavy rotator. Our team successfully completed the recovery without incurring any additional damage, as shown here. A big thanks to winch master Tommy for helping out on this call.

Announce several full-time job openings at C&C Repair and Towing. We are currently looking to expand our team and are seeking qualified candidates for the following positions:

- A or B Class Mechanic: We are looking for a full-time technician. Candidates must have their own tools, a valid driver’s license, and a strong work ethic. This is a Monday through Friday position with no weekend shifts.

- Service Writer: We need a full-time individual to manage customer communications, provide estimates, coordinate service schedules, and handle other office duties. Experience is preferred. This is a Monday through Friday position with no weekend shifts.

- Tow Truck Drivers: We are looking for reliable, full-time drivers for our towing division. A CDL is not required but preferred; however, a DOT physical and a clean (or nearly clean) driving record are required. These are take-home trucks, so we prefer candidates who live in the areas of Delaware Beach to Dover, Salisbury to Princess Anne, or Easton to Kent Island. Experience is preferred but not required, as we will train the right people. We are 24hr service providers, We run a rotating schedule one week you are off 2 days the next your are off 3 with rotating weekend
