COVID-19 UPDATE 05-23-2020

We are fully committed to protecting the health and well-being of our dedicated customers, staff, and the community that surrounds us in beautiful Orange County, CA.

Governor Newsom and the State of CA. now authorizes Orange County businesses to move to full Stage 2 reopening, allowing dine-in restaurants, shopping malls, and in-store retail to reopen safely. This authorization follows the County’s attestation that it has met the State’s “readiness criteria” to transition from Early to Later Stage 2, further expanding the types of workplaces that may reopen including dine-in restaurants, shopping malls, and in-store retail, with proper safety protocols in place.

To comply with this mandate and in full participation for the betterment and wellbeing of our local community, we have implemented and mandate the following safety procedures for our showroom customers:

· All customers and staff must wear face masks at all times,

· Showroom is limited to only one customer (or couple together) at one time, please wait outside until the previous customer has exited,

· Practicing “Social Distancing” of a minimum of six feet apart,

· Appropriate utilization of hygiene, sanitation, including but not limited to comprehensive underwear while any sizing of race wear and/or helmets.

COVID-19 UPDATE:

We are fully committed to protecting the health and well-being of our dedicated customers, staff, and the community that surrounds us in beautiful Orange County, CA.

As you may now be aware, Governor Gavin Newsom with the guidance of the California State Public Health Officer signed into effect Executive Order N-33-20 mandating the closure of all non-essential retail businesses in order facilitate an immediate 'Stay at Home' directive to mitigate the impact and potential spread of the COVID-19 epidemic in the State of California.

To comply with this mandate and in full participation for the betterment and well being of our local community, we have temporarily shut down all retail face-to-face business with the closure of our showroom until further updates from City, State, and the Federal government notifying us that it is safe to resume business.

We want you to know that we will still be manning the phones, processing orders via phone and e-commerce with complete shipping and receiving operations during our normal store hours M-F 8AM to 5:30PM PST (Saturday hours are temporarily suspended).

Delivering Safely: Sube Sports and UPS are taking measures to protect employees and consumers from exposure to the Coronavirus including enhanced cleaning and following WHO and CDC guidelines.
