Built BRZ...

Nice wheels, Bro!

This is what happens when you push to much power on stock connecting rods. We have done rigorous testing to come up with our engine short block ratings. Our testing has been done on the dyno, and on the race track. If your looking for a racing engine, we can help you pick the correct setup for street or track.

FA24 BRZ AOS

If you own a newer FA24 BRZ you probably already know that there isn't a AOS Kit on the market yet. So we got to work and made it happen. Using an AOS-R we fabricated a proper bracket. This bracket allows the AOS to fit behind the AC lines perfectly. Now you can have a proper working AOS and keep the AC. We also made all the hoses with PTFE Stainless AN crimped lines with high temp black coating.

Watch Out for this WRX

Customer wanted the ultimate street car. A car that would be reliable for every day and a warrior on the weekends. The build is using our poweredbyRPM S3+ short block with STI converted Blouch turbo. ETS FMIC and headers. An Radium AOS using our poweredbyRPM Relocation Kit to keep the engine running clean. DT flex fuel kit and FPS. We swapped out all suspension for KW coilovers, whiteline control arms, swaybars ect. Stopping the car is Rotora 6piston front and 4piston rear tucked behind a set of Volk TE37.

BRZ with all the goodies...

We definitely over built this project. Many things about this build most people will over look. The entire engine and chassis harness has been high temp wrapped. All lines are ptfe crimped an hose. The IC pipes are ceramic coated inside and out. The AOS is a custom kit. We used an Radium AOS-R and made a custom bracket allowing the AC to stay. Transmission has 1-6 straight cut gears and a CF driveshaft. Built forged short block. The obvious things are the CF manifold and turbo kit. Final results are a beautiful, reliable set up that put down 544whp 407wtq at only 16psi.

Aluminum Cam Gears

When building a new engine or doing your timing belt. Don't ever reuse your plastic cam gears. They are 1 time use. There are many horror stories of the plastic gears coming apart on people while driving, and the damage is catastrophic. Everytime you remove your plastic gears you should replace them. Or you can upgrade to an aluminum gear and they will last forever.
