What does it actually mean when a product is ASTM certified? 🤔

Here’s the breakdown: ASTM writes the strict testing standards, but they don’t do the testing themselves. That’s where SGS comes in to independently verify and certify it.

In 2017, Revivify passed extensive SGS testing—proving its durability, UV exposure, and self-healing power. 🛡️✨

Who said you can't have fun building a Mustang?? Fun car, cool bells and whistles and owned by one very cool woman.

Full paint correction, had to remove the old Paint Protection Film that went bad and polished to perfection. Had to bring the Carbon Fiber kit back to life, it was all faded out, and now looks like new again.

And of course, Revivify CarbonX on the front clip and Revivify Ultra Pro on the back half. This car is ready to show!!!

To better understand why Revivify has earned its reputation for exceptional performance, it is important to look at the testing behind the product.

Revivify was extensively tested by SGS in 2017, which is one of the world's most respected independent testing organizations. Founded in 1878, SGS has been a global leader in scientific testing, inspection, and certification for nearly 150 years.

The coating was subjected to a comprehensive battery of tests, including chemical resistance, corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance, and adhesion performance. Of particular significance is Revivify's adhesion rating, which continues to rank among the strongest in the hand-applied liquid coating category. This exceptional bond to the surface is a key contributor to the coating's long-term durability and performance.

It is also important to understand the distinction between testing standards and testing laboratories. ASTM International develops the globally recognized standards and test methods used throughout industry, while independent laboratories such as SGS perform the actual testing and certification. ASTM "DOES NOT'' perform its own testing, it subs the testing out to companies like SGS who has been testing products since 1878 approximately 20 years prior to ASTM ever coming into existence.

In short, Revivify's performance is not based on marketing claims—it is supported by extensive third-party testing from SGS, one of the most respected testing organizations in the world.

The results help explain why Revivify continues to set a high standard for protection, durability, and real-world performance.
