We love what Central PA can offer outside and want to help you fall in love with it too. Ride:
The flagship downtown location offers a full service bike shop to accommodate all new visitors riding the highly acclaimed Allegrippis trails. Not into the whole mountain scene? Be sure to check out the area's marked road bike loops, endless gravel roads, and the Lower Rail-Trail. Paddle:
We offer full shuttle service for the Juniata River and all its branches. In an effort to bring our community closer together through sustainable recreation, we host the annual Juniata Sojourn and other adventure excursions. In 2008, we opened an additional seasonal location to make paddling more accessible by offering rentals at Seven Points Marina. We are the exclusive kayak rental place on Raystown Lake, the largest lake in Pennsylvania. Paddle. Repeat.

STOLEN BIKE ALERT!!!

If you come across a lightly used Kona LBF with some custom touches please let us know. Stolen from a private lot out of Lewistown. We will post updates to this post as we get them. Belonged to a dear friend and has a shop sticker on the seatpost. Bike thieves are scum.

Looking for a family-friendly lake day in Pennsylvania?

Add Seven Points Beach to your Raystown Lake itinerary. 🏖️

There’s a beach for splashing, a playground for the kids, mountain views all around, and easy access to the water for kayaking and paddleboarding with .

We even got caught in a couple of late-summer rain showers while we were out. It was a good reminder to keep an eye on the weather and get off the water when you hear thunder. 🏖️

But a little rain didn’t stop us from trying something new and having fun together. And with miles of Raystown Lake to explore, there’s plenty more to discover.

➡️ Share it with your friends, and start planning your Pennsylvania road trip.

The last day of the Huntingdon County Fair is tomorrow 8/15! Don't miss bothering Barrett(not pictured) at out table(pictured) in Kneary Hall. Or, better yet, join us on a ride from the shop to the Demo Derby leaving around 4:45 tomorrow, Sat 8/15! Nothing pairs with a bike ride like skipping traffic and passing cars, making friends with farm animals, eating fair food, and watching cars crash into each other for our entertainment.

Looking to get on the water? Our Lake Shack offers rental kayaks, canoes, and paddleboards directly on Raystown Lake. It is open Memorial Day to Labor Day, Friday-Monday from 10am-6pm. Located next to the 7-Points Public Beach and Oak Pavilion, we offer hourly and daily rates. It can be a high traffic area, but gives nice access to the cliffs for thrill seekers or Twin-Hollows for those looking to get away from traffic and relax close to grills and a more private swimming area.

Not a Wednesday Night Recap, but a ride and forest well worth highlighting none the less. If you like nice smooth gravel, or tight, leafy, steep adventure biking you should be exploring Tuscarora State Forest. Just snag one of the Tuscarora and create your own adventure chasing lizards. Or come talk to Harry for his advice from what little he has explored in his couple 120feet/mile rides.
