A diagnostic code doesn’t always tell you exactly what needs to be replaced—it points the technician toward the system where a problem was detected.
Here, Damon is using ATR’s diagnostic equipment to test a component while it is still operating in the vehicle. He then combines those results with hands-on testing and his mechanical experience to determine what is actually causing the problem.
That extra diagnostic work matters. It helps ATR move beyond the code, identify the real cause and avoid recommending parts based on guesswork.
If your check-engine light is on or your vehicle isn’t running as it should, call Rebecca to schedule a checkup.
