There is a lot of fraud and misinformation flying online. If it sounds too good to be true, it usually is! After being in business for 24 years, we have heard a LOT of stories from our customers, but lately, they have gotten a little bit crazy and pretty scary for the public.
Don’t get scammed! Nobody can sell you a home online! Nobody! Don’t fall for click bait and a way too cheap house.

Talk to a real person.
Deliver funds in person or via certified mail to a licensed and bonded location. Know your salesperson’s license number. Verify it is legit. Know your RETAILER’S license number.
Work with a licensed and bonded professional business with a PROVEN track record . If someone is working outside of the law to give you access to a product that is “dirt cheap” and doesn’t maintain a physical location, buyer beware! Believe that little voice inside you that is saying something isn’t right. Too good to be true ends up meaning nothing good is going on there. At least not for YOU.
