I had an amazing car-buying experience! From start to finish, the customer service was outstanding. My salesman Raymond (at the Bessemer location) was professional, honest, patient, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He answered all of my questions, never pressured me, and worked hard to make sure I drove away in the perfect vehicle.
