Q: When is the best time to schedule golf cart maintenance?
A: Spring or early Summer is ideal if you’re using the cart year-round.
Things to consider:
*Battery inspection
*Brake system check — pads, cables, and pedal feel; replace if worn
*Electrical system review — speed sensors, solenoids, wiring, and controller connections
*Suspension & steering — bushings, tie rods, shocks, and alignment
*Tires & rims — tread depth, wear patterns, and secure mounting
*Lubrication — moving parts like steering joints and suspension bushings
*Filters — fuel, air, and oil (for gas carts)
*Cooling/ventilation check (for gas carts)
*Overall structural inspection — frame, body, and undercarriage for cracks or rust
