I figured this new customers problem was picture worthy.
2007 BMW X3
When you don’t get your cars axle gear box oil changed.
I was told “Lifetime fluid”
There is no lifetime fluid.
They all need to be changed at intervals

When shops tell you, your tension strut rod bushings, or thrust rod bushings are cracked and leaking.
This is what it looks like.
