You only have to attempt to jack up a tilt trailer with a forklift loaded on it one time before you realize its time to have a hydraulic jack system installed. Part of that equation is making sure cargo weight is distributed properly and securely so that you can tow with confidence and prevent an unsafe situation from arising. Here at our shop, we do things most shops in our field don't like to do. Though we are equipped to do things like pulling this MASSIVE 5 stage telescopic hydraulic off of this end-dump and rebuild and/or replace it depending on the situation at hand.

Just a quick hinge replacement on the doors of a dump trailer. This unfortunately is an extremely common job that we do as its not hard to make the mistake of your doors not being pinned back or coming undone after you pinned them back in the middle of dumping and not knowing. Just for some helpful information though, we offer wireless remotes that are just like a key FOB. You can easily and conveniently walk to the back of your trailer and keep an eye on your doors. Some cases even just one time of you having to replace hinges on your doors costs just as much if not more than setting up your trailer with a wireless remote. another great thing with these is that you can program multiple FOB's so each driver that uses that specific trailer can each have one on their set of keys.

Had a custom request to replace this bag and fabricate a 2 piece sliding, heavy duty skid plate with a removable section for easy access to the airbag that controls the ramps. As it was dragging the bag on the road when going through steep inclines.

Sometimes we can get a little carried away with trying to fit in that last little bit into our dump trailers and unfortunately it also can sometimes do a lot more damage than anticipated! Thanks to our shop though we got him back to hauling!
