Working in the marine industry in mechanics, dealerships, and marinas, I noticed a need for more personalized boating services. Working at the marina, time and time again customers would come to use their boat after many months away, just to see a dirty boat with dead batteries and possibly mechanical issues from sitting for so long unattended. Ask any honest professional and they will tell you that a boat's worst enemy is sitting for extended periods of time unused. This is where I realized there is a serious gap between buying a boat and using a boat that most people and places do not fill. You might work too much, might live away from your boat half of the year or more, or you are in your retirement years and boat maintenance is a hassle. Either way, this is where we aim to help provide a guardian angel for you and your boat so that when it's time to set sail, you can actually go out. Our comprehensive maintenance program provides monthly service to maintain your boat. Depending on your service level, you can expect at the very least- Bi-weekly visits w/inspections, Bi-weekly running mechanical systems up to temp., Once a month boat wash w/RainX application on all windows, Photos & video sent to you every visit with a quick report to your e-mail or mobile phone, If we notice any issues we notify you immediately and refer a service provider in our network or call your personal preference and set up the service for you if needed, check batteries and charge or replace if needed, as well as member discount for our concierge service and others. Our concierge service is set up to provide pre-trip service stocking all the provisions you might need for a day or weekend trip. Let us know what you need and when you need it there at the dock and we will get your food, beverages, bait, and other supplies to your boat, stocked and ready to go! Owning a boat is supposed to be fun, so we want to make that happen for you.
