🎉 RIMA Company Picnic 2026 🎉

On Saturday, July 11, 2026, we were thrilled to host our annual RIMA Company Picnic!

Each year, we invite all of our employees, retirees, and their families to spend the day together enjoying great food, fun activities, and even better company. It's a tradition that celebrates the people who make RIMA such a special place to work—both those who are helping shape our future and those who helped build our foundation.

At RIMA, we believe that our employees are more than coworkers—they're family. Events like our annual picnic give us an opportunity to connect outside the workplace, strengthen relationships, and create lasting memories together.

We're hiring a 3rd Shift Machine Maintenance Technician to keep our production equipment operating at peak performance. If you have experience troubleshooting industrial machinery, reading blueprints, performing preventative maintenance, and solving mechanical or electrical issues, we'd love to hear from you!

Please note that training will take place on 1st shift and will take approximately 3-6 months.

What You'll Do:
✔ Diagnose and repair production equipment
✔ Perform preventative maintenance
✔ Read blueprints and use precision measuring tools
✔ Help improve machine performance and uptime
✔ Work in a team-focused, safety-first environment

We're Looking For:
🔹 Mechanical and troubleshooting experience
🔹 Knowledge of industrial equipment and machine repair
🔹 Blueprint reading skills
🔹 Strong attention to quality and safety
🔹 High school diploma or GED (required)

Rima Manufacturing is looking for a motivated leader to join our team as a 3rd Shift Production Supervisor!

If you have manufacturing leadership experience and enjoy coaching employees, solving problems, and driving production results, we'd love to hear from you.

In this role, you'll:
✅ Lead and support production employees
✅ Assign work and keep production running efficiently
✅ Promote quality, safety, and continuous improvement
✅ Train, mentor, and develop team members
✅ Monitor production, scrap, and quality metrics
✅ Work closely with production, quality, maintenance, and other departments to achieve company goals

We're looking for someone who has:
✔ Leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
✔ Strong communication and problem-solving skills
✔ The ability to motivate and develop employees
✔ Good organizational and time management skills
✔ Computer proficiency
✔ Experience with production equipment, blueprints, OSHA regulations, or skilled trades is a plus

This is a hands-on leadership position in our manufacturing facility. While there is administrative work involved, you'll spend much of your shift on the production floor supporting your team and ensuring operations run safely and efficiently.

Safety is a top priority at Rima Manufacturing. Employees working in production areas are required to wear PPE, including hearing protection and safety glasses (provided by the company) and slip-resistant shoes (provided by the employee). After 90 days, employees are eligible for our Prescription Safety Glass Program and Safety Shoe Reimbursement Program.

🔧 This is a hands-on engineering role!
Our engineers split their time between the office and the shop floor, working directly with production to solve problems, improve processes, and support manufacturing operations.

We're especially interested in candidates with experience in:
✅ CNC and/or CAM machining
✅ Tooling design
✅ Speeds & feeds optimization
✅ Tool layouts
✅ Bar machine experience
✅ Manufacturing process improvement
