One year ago this month, Theresa Renaud climbed into the driver's seat of our shuttle, and Hudson has been getting a friendlier ride ever since. If you've dropped your vehicle off for service this past year, there's a good chance Theresa was the one who got you back to work or home on time, usually with a good conversation along the way. Happy 1 year, Theresa! We're so glad you're part of the crew, and we can't wait to see what year two brings.

Seven years in, Colton Kurtz is still one of the first people in the shop most mornings. He's built a reputation for tackling the tricky jobs without complaint, the kind that take patience most folks don't have. Customers who've had him work on their vehicle tend to ask for him by name the next time something needs fixing. That's not an accident. Please help us congratulate Colton Kurtz on seven years with Bill Colwell Ford. We appreciate everything you bring to the team, Colton.

Congratulations, Dakota!

We're beyond proud to share that Dakota Even was voted Best Salesperson in The Courier's 2026 Best of the Best! Out of everyone in the Cedar Valley, our customers and neighbors chose Dakota.

Dakota shows up every day with honesty, patience, and genuine care for every single person who walks through the door. Whether it's someone's first car or their fifth, he treats every customer like family, takes the time to answer every question, and never makes anyone feel rushed or pressured.

This kind of recognition is earned one conversation, one handshake, one happy customer at a time — and Dakota has earned it many times over. Congratulations on such a well-deserved honor!
