Responsibilities:
Assist customers in finding the right vehicle to fit their needs and budget
Build strong relationships with customers through excellent communication and follow-up
Conduct vehicle walkarounds and test drives
Maintain knowledge of current inventory, financing options, and dealership promotions
Follow up with leads generated from phone calls, online inquiries, and showroom traffic
Work closely with management to meet and exceed sales goals
Ensure a professional and positive customer experience from start to finish
Qualifications:
Previous automotive sales experience preferred, but not required
Strong communication and people skills
Self-motivated with a positive attitude
Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Professional appearance and strong work ethic
