This week has been a real eye opener, I try extremely hard to make my customers happy, but lately I feel that im being taken advantage of, normally I don't mind someone needing something last minute, but when you ask me to do a last minute order then don't bother to pick it up and stop communicating that becomes an issue, when these things happen I have to stop production on other orders which in turn makes them wait for their items which is not fair to them, it is a small business here which 90% of the time i am working alone, sooo from now on beginning immediately there will be extra charges for these last minute orders, they will also be paid for up front, im sorry that I have to do this but I really don't see any other option
