Our business remains open for new renters, access to storage, and receiving payments, however, we have put measures in place to keep clients and employees safe.
> Office and gate hours have not changed, however, the front office will not be accessible.
> Business is conducted primarily by phone and email.
> New customers wishing to review units and rent storage can park by the office and call.
> All required information is taken over the phone. Then, a rental agreement requring signature is brought to the car by an employee wearing a mask and gloves.
> The required driver's license and credit card/check/cash are disinfected before use. >
> Current customers are asked to wear a mask and keep a safe distance visiting our business.
> Payment may also be made over the phone with credit or debit card, or by check sent in the mail or dropped off in the dropbox.
> Self-addressed stamped envelopes have been sent to customers who do not currently use credit, debit, or ACH payment methods. The entry keypad and drop box are disinfected every few hours.

> Gate hours 7am to 845pm everyday.
> office is now open Tues, Thurs, Fri, Sat, each day 12am to 6pm.

As of May 1, we are open to rent and accept payments, using safe-distance protocols, filling out forms by phone or email, utilizing masks and fresh gloves for all new contacts, taking payments, and assisting with other self storage service needs that we offer. Our front office will remain closed to customers and guests, unitl further notice.
