POOL IS BACK OPEN!
As many of you are aware, this past weekend someone broke a swimming mask made of tempered glass in our pool and our pool had to be closed. For everyone's safety, we drained and replaced all 45,664 gallons. We cleaned and replaced the sand in our filters. All lines were thoroughly flushed and vacuumed and all surfaces were thoroughly cleaned. The water is once again balanced, the chlorine level is within state standards, and this afternoon, we received a negative bacteria test and we will reopen on Saturday morning 6/20 @ 10am.
This was an accident and not a malicious act. The family that caused this issue is very sorry. They had no idea the swim mask they were using was made of glass. We kindly ask that all residents check their masks and goggles to ensure they are not made of glass.
