Absolutely!

Welcome to the Topeka! It’s open but still feels cozy, especially in the living room—it’s its own defined space but still flows right into the kitchen and dining area, so it’s perfect if you ever have people over.

And the kitchen? So good. Tons of cabinets, a walk-in pantry, and a big island where everyone would naturally gather. It actually feels like a space you’d use every day, not just something that looks nice.

One of our favorite little details is the built-in desk in the hallway—it’s such a smart use of space. You could use it as a mini office, a spot for the kids to do homework, or just somewhere to keep everything organized.

The master suite is honestly super relaxing. You’ve got a big walk-in closet and another closet (which you never realize you need until you have it). The bathroom is really nice too—backlit mirrors, a linen closet, and an enhanced tile shower that goes all the way to the ceiling—it feels really high-end.
