In Consumer Reports' 2026 Overall Brand Report Card, Rivian was lowest in reliability scores but highest in owner satisfaction, per the owners CR polled, with 85% claiming they would buy one again.

Rivian owners are willing to put up with the growing pains of new technologies, the report said.
