A little reminder that regular maintenance is not just an oil change anymore 😊

A can of BG EPR > a new turbo 💸

These inline filters are for the turbo oil lines on a Ford 3.5L EcoBoost. A customer came in with a noisy passenger-side turbo — turned out it was starved of oil. Our tech ran BG EPR as a precaution, and sure enough, the turbo quieted down and oil flow returned.

Unfortunately, the damage was already done — smoked bearings and seals meant a new turbo was needed. But the before-and-after results of EPR spoke for themselves.

Moral of the story? A can of BG EPR is a whole lot cheaper than replacing turbos. Preventative maintenance matters!
