It's been a while since I've posted here. I've been very busy, so that's a good thing!
I've had numerous vehicles brought to me from all over Texas over the past 2 years due to the owners having been to numerous other shops including dealers to find a fix their vehicles. Sadly, these folks who own these cars just wanted the problems they were having diagnosed and repaired accurately.

For me, it was just a matter of following computer data in many cases combined with developing a concise diagnostic strategy in order to get the problems fixed.

I'm shocked that these people were routinely out thousands of dollars and no resolve had been reached, and were frankly frustrated and feeling hopeless!

I am aware that training issues out in the field is a major factor. Lack of communication in many shops/ dealer service departments adds to the feeling of disgust.

It has been and is my mission in this industry to provide accurate diagnostic and repair service!
