This is some test data that we received from a customer from his 2001 5.9. He is very heavily involved in Pull Truck business and ran this test on his own modified street driven truck. These test were preformed from idle with no pre-boost. The testing was done to demonstrate the effectiveness of the headers over the stock Dodge manifold, Also note the reduction on the EGT's when real power was made.

WE are back working on our GT-42 turbo mount for the 7.3 engine. We have substantially increase the thickness of the mount and have put the Thru Tube Bellows system on this unit. Lots of mounting and checking yet to do and no pricing has been established. This should fit the early 7.3 OBS and the 7.3 Super Duty trucks.

New Headers for the Ford 6.0 Diesel engine. We are making them to be a simple bolt on to your stock Up-Tubes. They will fit the 6.4, but will require modifications to the up-tube system.
Right now these units are in fit and check and then will go to several already selected builders for their comments and testing.

Engine is a ISBe3.9 also known as a ISB170 with a CM800 ECM. Crank is from a 4BT, using all the gears and gear case from a Dodge 6.7. also using 12 valve rod...

Our new prototype cast aluminum intake manifolds for the 7.3. Stronger, better airflow and solves the blown off intake tube.

Ford 7.3 Power Stroke Up-Tube for the stock turbo. They are 304 stainless with a patent pending thru tube system for the bellows.
