📌ATTENTION Cypress Truckworks & Mr. Bedliner Family:
As a small business, who has been so blessed and grateful to be a part of the Cypress community for over 15 years, a lot of things have changed in the consumer world and recently have been negatively affecting small businesses such as ours all over. Things such as inconsiderate no-show and no calls for appointments, customers disputing non-returnable parts that have been received, and other scenarios that have impacted our family tremendously and we now need to make sure we update our policies to protect ourselves from future situations such as those.
Below are STANDARD but UPDATED POLICIES, we hope everyone reads and agrees with while understanding how much we appreciate all of our loyal and honest customers over the years.

Cypress Truckworks – Parts Order & Appointment Policy
CUSTOM / SPECIAL ORDER PARTS POLICY
All parts ordered by Cypress Truckworks on behalf of the customer are considered special-order items unless otherwise stated.
* These parts are non-refundable and non-cancelable once ordered.
* By approving this invoice and submitting payment, the customer authorizes Cypress Truckworks to purchase parts specifically for their vehicle.
* Customer acknowledges that these items may not be resellable due to customization, application-specific fitment, or market limitations.

PAYMENT & CHARGEBACK AGREEMENT
* Customer agrees not to dispute or charge back any payment for parts that have already been ordered, processed, or delivered.
* Filing a chargeback after approving this invoice will be considered a fraudulent dispute.
* Cypress Truckworks reserves the right to pursue legal action, collections, and recovery of all associated fees, including chargeback fees, legal costs, and restocking losses.

APPOINTMENT & NO-SHOW POLICY
* Scheduled installation appointments require a deposit or full payment for parts.
* Customers must provide at least 48 hours notice to reschedule.
* Failure to show up or provide proper notice will result in:
* Forfeiture of deposit
* Parts remaining billed and non-refundable
* Cypress Truckworks is not responsible for delays caused by missed appointments.

PARTS STORAGE POLICY
* Parts not installed within 14 days of arrival due to customer delay or no-show may be subject to:
* Storage fees
* Forfeiture of any labor scheduling priority
* After 30 days, unclaimed parts may be considered abandoned and resold or disposed of without refund.

CUSTOMER AUTHORIZATION
By paying this invoice, the customer confirms:
* They have read and agreed to all policies listed above
* They are authorizing Cypress Truckworks to order parts and schedule services
* They understand and accept the no refund / no chargeback policy on ordered parts
