Experienced Powersports Technician — $24–$32/hr

Throttle Theory Powersports – Southeast Houston

Throttle Theory Powersports is looking for an experienced technician to join our growing shop. This position will start part-time with the opportunity to scale into full-time as workload continues to grow.

Pay: $24–$32/hour based on experience and diagnostic ability
Schedule: Part-time to start, with full-time potential

We work on motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, go-karts, e-bikes/e-motos, and other powersports equipment. We need someone who can do more than simply replace parts — strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills are essential.

What we’re looking for:

* Electrical diagnostics are a MUST
* Ability to properly use a multimeter and trace electrical faults
* Diagnose no-start, charging, ignition, wiring, sensor, controller, and related issues
* Strong mechanical troubleshooting ability
* Comfortable performing general repair and maintenance
* Able to work independently and accurately
* Organized and capable of documenting findings and recommended repairs
* Powersports, motorcycle, ATV/UTV, or similar professional shop experience strongly preferred
* Experience with both gas and electric powersports equipment is a major plus

We’re looking for an actual technician with diagnostic ability, not someone who only wants to do oil changes and basic parts replacement.

If you’re experienced, dependable, and want an opportunity to grow with an independent powersports shop, we’d like to talk.
