My name is Kyle Fogle, and I own Treaty Oak Offroad. I've had this idea for some time, I just didn't know what to do with it. When I found out my wife and I were expecting our second child, I needed a larger 4x4. With Land Cruiser heritage, a growing domestic aftermarket, and plentiful, clean examples available in the used market, I landed on the Lexus GX470. After a lot of time crawling around my rig installing suspension and a winch (among other things), I noticed the factory front tow points were laughable. I needed something more sturdy. The only solution I initially found was to install an aftermarket bumper to gain the recovery points necessary to make a safe recovery. After some deeper digging, I stumbled on a few Australian fabricators that were making bolt on recovery points for factory bumpers. After lots of research, no one in the US was selling these. How could that be? Do I REALLY have to spend $1000+ on a bumper or ship some parts across the Pacific ocean to have heavy duty recover points? NOT ANYMORE. We designed, tested, and fabricated these recovery points right here in Houston, Texas. Our goal is to provide quality, American made products, at a price point that doesn't break the bank. Last night at 9:15PM we had a break-in to the shop and the thieves stole one of our car hauler trailers. This trailer had a CVT roof top tent on it, along with a bed rack made for a Dodge truck. The suspects car is believed to be a early 2000s Chevy truck maroon in color with a faded roof. If you have any leads please contact us! The roof top tent is a CVT Mt St Helens, which is no longer made. The latches on it are broken and one of the straps are missing. It’s white in color and has branding on the backside of the tent.

This should make the 5th gen 4runner/gx460 folks happy! Proof load tested to 15,000lbs with no deformation. Slight deformation in upper leg where our little shackle failed at 22,827 lbs.
