I get a lot of calls from customers all over the country who purchased a Luggie scooter online at below market prices that have questions or need customer service. I ask them why they don't call the store they bought from and their answer is always "I can't get ahold of anyone". Remember the saying "You get what you pay for". Unfortunately those online retailers ruin it for dealers who offer outstanding customer service. Please consider who and where you are buying from and ask yourself if peace of mind is worth a few extra bucks.
