It is with great relief and happiness to announce that effective 12/14/21 I am no longer affiliated or associated with the Greater Houston Trucking Association. In addition, the views and opinions expressed by my former colleagues do not reflect those of myself, my family or my employees. I am looking forward to continuing my efforts to improve the trucking industry in the Houston area as I have done every day for over 2 decades. I equally look forward to supporting the political candidates I believe will represent the American people best. I’m happy to call many of them my friends and look forward to working closely with them however I am able. In closing I will say that my heart goes out to the good people of Colorado. Although I am proud of the Trucking Community standing strong together for what is absolutely right, I feel it is very irresponsible and very dangerous to cut off goods and services to a large population of Americans in an already difficult to service area, during a supply chain crisis, in the winter time and during the Holiday season. The people of Colorado should not suffer for actions of corrupt officials they have absolutely no control over. I believe change in the legal system is in order but it should be directed at the people responsible not innocent Americans during an already difficult time of year.
