186K on the clock and this thing's earned every mile. Customer came in chasing a squeak in the front suspension, and when we got it up, we traced the noise to worn uni-balls on the struts. Rather than just patch it, we put in a fresh set of Bilstein coilover strut assemblies up front with new KYB top hats, then sent it over for an alignment to bring everything back into spec. Squeak's gone, front end feels tight again, and this 4Runner is set up to keep on keep'n on 🤙

This 4runner (no stranger to Duggys) came for a brake squeal and a non-functioning fog light. Once we lifted it up on the rack, we got to see the real story underneath. Both inner tie rods had play, the rack was starting to leak and the front lower control arm bushings were cracked. So we pulled the rack and pinion and replaced it with a fresh OEM Toyota unit with new outer tie rods, swapped both front lower control arms with OEM and knocked out an oil change while we were at it. Last but not least, we performed a full alignment 🔧

We're talking a 4xInnovations front bumper with a winch and Baja Designs lights wired into Switch Pros, CBI rear dual swing out, weld-on rock sliders, two-inch body lift, ARB snorkel, BX Built headlights, GOBI Stealth roof rack with lights, CBI skid package, weld-on Panhard correction kit, full internal roll cage. Underneath, a lift kit with Resis up front, Total Chaos uppers and stock-length lowers with uniball conversion, OME rear springs and shocks, 4.88 front regear with an Eaton e-locker, an 8.2 rear diff swap with another 4.88 and e-locker, Powerbrake six piston big brake kit up front. Under the hood — Magnuson supercharger with URD seventh injector, Magnaflow Overland cat back. Dual ARB compressor with a Horn-Blasters train horn, RGBW rock lights, SRQ spoiler with Baja S2 Pros, Wolfbox dash cams front and rear, on a set of 35x12.50 General Grabber X3s.
