Tonight we’re updating the DeKalb incident featuring Officer William A. Rhodes—yes, the “I smell marijuana” special on a paraplegic driver and a fully blind passenger. After catching a §1983 civil-rights suit in Oklahoma, Rhodes leaves DeKalb and—as of Sept 25, 2025—pops up at Commerce PD.
