Between clients, open houses, showings, and taking care of business, sometimes you just have to grab a few minutes of rest.

This photo is of my wife catching a quick nap during a brief break at an open house. What makes it even more meaningful is that she's doing it while fighting a brain tumor. Day after day, she continues showing up, serving our clients, and giving everything she has.

The beautiful quilt she's resting under was a gift from one of our clients. It's more than a quilt—it's a reminder that the relationships we build matter. Knowing that our clients appreciate our efforts enough to think of us in such a personal way means more than words can express.

🎃 Trunk-or-Treat Fun at Hyde Elementary! 🎃

What an amazing night representing The Richards Team with Tata Realty Group at Hyde Elementary’s Trunk-or-Treat! Over 400 kids and parents came out — the weather was perfect, the costumes were creative, and the smiles were nonstop.
