This poor guy had a so-called Mobile Mechanic come out he paid the money reluctantly but the guy didn't fix the problem. Told him it was a fuse box. He called me and I found a short to ground. A wire harness that was zip tied to the fender wall. Vibration allowed cutting through the insulation of the wire, so I fixed it.
