Nobody built a culture out of a memo. 🌮

Tacos showed up in the shop today, handed out one by one by the GM himself, because the guys turning wrenches are the reason any of this works. No announcement, no stage, no plaque. Just food and a thank you delivered in person. 🔧

It's a small thing. We know it's a small thing. But small things done consistently are what people actually remember about a job, and around here that matters as much as the numbers on the board. 🙌

Appreciation shouldn't be an annual event. Sometimes it's just lunch, on a Tuesday, from somebody who means it. 🙏

We are all about the little things. 🚘

Sometimes it starts with one small non-negotiable. Wireless Apple CarPlay, a backup camera, heated seats, whatever the dealbreaker happens to be. Then the test drive happens and suddenly you're picking a color. 📱

This is by far the best part of what we do. Not the paperwork, not the numbers, just that walk out to the lot when the keys finally change hands. 🙌
