Now Hiring: Sales Representative (Hourly + Bonuses)
EuroLuxe Detailing is growing fast, and we’re looking for a motivated, personable Sales Representative to join our team. If you have a passion for cars and enjoy working with people, this is a great opportunity to build a high-income career in the automotive industry.
What You’ll Do:
- Work directly with customers to understand their vehicle protection and detailing needs
- Educate clients on services like paint protection film (PPF), ceramic coatings, and window tint
- Provide quotes and close sales in-person and over the phone
- Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer relationships
- Collaborate with our detailing team to ensure a seamless client experience
Compensation:
- Hourly base pay
- Performance-based bonuses
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and people skills
- Basic automotive knowledge (cars, finishes, or aftermarket products is a plus)
- Sales experience is helpful but not required — we will train the right person
- Positive attitude, coachable, and driven to earn
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
