We did not plan on selling but we can’t drive both, so the Chinook has to go… sadly.
A relative made us an offer we could not pass up on their newer motor home.
1994 Chinook Premier, 73,100 miles, recently serviced and inspected inspected thru July 2024, title in hand. 21’ long Ford 460 V8 tow package, backup camera system, and spare tire. Fully self-contained and we have made the following updates:
replaced carpet with luxury vinyl plank flooring
new 6 gallon fast recovery hot water heater
new toilet
new inverter
new lighting
new sink and custom countertop
Painted cabinetry
new incredible fan with remote in main space
new fan in bathroom
removed old loud AC put in skylight
removed large heavy noisy generator to gain maximum storage

2001 Chinook Councourse, hard to find 7.3 diesel. 126,000 miles. Yes it needs a bath, but here it is in its honest, dusty, sun burnt glory for the moment. Vehicle is wrapped. I've decided to list as is, as someone may want to delete the wrap and return it to its original look with the black and silver stripes that are beneath the wrap. (Pic for reference in commemts) All systems work and vehicle runs/drives amazingly. Diesel engine and propane generator make for great long term reliability. No worries of old gasoline fouling the system. Everything fires right up every time. Power converter upgraded. Inverter installed. Solar charge controller and cabling to batteries upgraded, easy to add more panels up top, or temporary ground panels for boondocking. All overhead lights converted to led. Winegard satellite TV antenna on roof. Tow package, air bag suspension in rear. Amazing unit that is perfect for someone who wants to tow a trailer or toad. I'm happy to answer any questions. For the price of converting a van into a "camper van", you can get an entire RV that will be more reliable than any modern platform. Asking $9,500
