These two first came to see me about 4 months ago, and at the time I was completely upfront with them about exactly what needed to be done so we could put them in the best position to get approved when the time came.

Fast forward to now… they decided to give another dealership—and another person they had seen selling cars on social media—a try first. I won’t mention any names. 👀 They arrived expecting to work with that person, were redirected to somebody else, spent about 7 HOURS at the dealership, and left without a vehicle or even a clear answer.
