Think your tint looks different depending on the angle? You’re right. 👀

All three of these photos are the exact same truck with the exact same 20% tint on the front doors.

The only thing that changed was the camera angle.

☀️ Side angle: More sunlight passes through the windows, so the tint appears lighter.

🚘 Front angle: You’re looking through multiple layers of glass and at a different reflection, making the tint appear much darker.

📸 Rear angle: Different reflections and lighting can completely change how dark the film looks.

That’s why it’s almost impossible to choose a tint shade based on photos alone. The same film can look completely different depending on:
• Viewing angle
• Sun position
• Time of day
• Vehicle color
• Interior color
• Factory privacy glass

The best way to choose your shade is to see sample vehicles in person and compare them side by side.
