Since 1985, our dealership has been proud to serve our community and build lasting relationships with our customers. We value the trust our customers place in us, especially when they choose to return to us for their next vehicle.

We are aware of the concerns being shared about a recent customer transaction and an interaction at our dealership, and we understand why people may have questions. We take those concerns seriously. Because the situation involves private customer, family and financial information, we are not able to discuss specific details publicly or on social media.

We can confirm that the transaction followed our established policies and procedures. We cooperated fully with the Sheriff's Office regarding the reported interaction. After we proactively provided security footage, the Sheriff's Office closed the case, and no charges were filed.

We understand that family members may want to help loved ones make important decisions, and we respect the care behind that involvement. We also respect our customers' right to make their own choices, and we are glad when they leave happy with a vehicle they selected.

We have a responsibility to protect each customer's privacy and to handle any transaction-related requests using the appropriate documentation and established procedures.

We appreciate the opportunity to serve our neighbors and will continue to treat every customer with the respect and dignity they deserve.
