After a quick inspection, it was clear that the steering sector gear had given up the ghost due to good old wear and tear. I would like to express my gratitude to Mr. Tony at Chabill’s Tire & Auto Service for reaching out to me to assist them with a problem involving an electric start issue on a Honda motor located in the rear of one of their company’s trucks. The electric start wouldn’t work, so I was able to successfully identifie and repair a broken ignition wire, as well as corrected the starter wiring. Consequently, the motor now operates flawlessly and easy to start instead of pulling to start.
