Hail in February is quite unusual! If your insurance estimate says your car can be fixed with paintless dent repair, give Jeff a call. Jeff cannot schedule you for repair until after the insurance company has created an estimate.

And please be patient with the process! The insurance folks and repair shops around town are working as fast as they can. With the amount of damage all over the county last summer, there are a lot of body shops that are still fixing cars damaged last June!

If the insurance estimate says the car needs to be repaired at a conventional body shop, please believe them and take the car to your favorite local body shop. There are many good ones in Hot Springs!

And please be patient with the process! The insurance folks and repair shops around town are working as fast as they can. With the amount of damage all over the county, there are a lot more people who need repairs than there are people to handle claims or do the repairs.

First step if your vehicle has hail damage is to call your insurance. The insurance company will set you up with an adjuster or with their catastrophe (cat) team. Once you have their estimate and a claim number, then you take the second step of contacting the repair shop of your choice. Wherever you have it repaired will ask for the insurance estimate and claim number.

If your vehicle was damaged in the hail storm in Hot Springs on June 14th and the windshield was broken, a window was broken, or the paint was cracked/chipped off, please take your vehicle to your favorite body shop. If part of the vehicle can be fixed with paintless dent repair, the body shop will have someone fix it.
