BEWARE! Pet owners please be aware that many of the newer vehicles will allow you to leave the engine running with the a/c blowing so you feel your pet is safe. However many vehicles now will only run for a specific pre-set amount of time and shut of as an economy feature. I just had a customer who almost killed his dog in his black truck which turned itself off after 15 minutes in 100 degree heat.

We lost a great one today. NHRA team owner and a legend in the sport I love has passed away today. He has 367 event wins to his credit and a combined 19 Championships. I'll miss seeing him in the lanes.

Arkansas doesnt have the right to appraisal and when attempts were made to have it added to policies in our state the one making the presentation were run out of the state on a rail.

First it was adjusters sitting at home looking a amature photos from their customers phones writting the estimate. Now its just a computer app! I just did one of these. The artificial intelligence wrote for $4,200.00 in damage. The real amount of damage when brough to the shop $11,640.00. The insurance industry is in the toilet.

WATER LEAK ALERT!!

If you own a vehicle with a sunroof the fact that it is closed does not mean it is sealed. That’s right , all sunroofs have a drain pan around the circumference which catches the water that leaks past the glass. As the water is collected into the pan it runs to the lowest corner where each corner is fitted with a drain tube that directs the water out of the vehicle. As the snow on your roof melts it makes its way into the pan and down the drain tube where is can potentially freeze. Once the tube freezes shut the drain pan fills up. If you’re lucky it will flow to the next lowest corner and flow down that tube and so forth. If the available tubes all become frozen shut your drain pan will overflow inside your vehicle with the potential for water damage. Keep snow cleared from your roof as soon as possible to avoid this in your sunroof equipped vehicles.
