Customer called with a gray tank that wouldn’t drain…

After a bit of exploring and testing realized what happened was factory dropped cut outs from tank into the tank.. flowed down and blocked the 1 1/2” drain..

Fixed now, but man something that could have easily been avoided if the factory took their time!

Had a customer traveling from Texas to our beautiful state of Arkansas when the front cap released the membrane and put a damper on their vacation!

We were able to work with them and grand design to put them a new roof on in just 2 weeks and get them back home in time to see their grandsons football game 🏈!!

We removed all the wet and damaged framing and luan and replaced with Filon.
