Our new SEMA builds are officially underway. 👀

We’re taking a Ford F-150 and a Yamaha YZ250F 70th Anniversary Edition and giving both the full Turn 14 treatment.

Between the two builds, we’re putting 50+ parts to work from some of the top brands on our line card. The F-150 is getting a serious mix of performance, suspension, wheels, tires, exterior, lighting, and interior upgrades. The YZ250F is getting its own collection of performance, protection, controls, and support equipment.

Different platforms. Completely different builds. Same goal: show what can be done with the right parts and the right brands behind them.

Keep an eye on the builds as we get closer to SEMA. 😶

How far can $1,000 really get you in motorsports?

We sent Garret to AMA Vintage Motorcycle Days with two days to find that out. His goal was to find a used pit bike, get it race-ready, and make it to the starting gate… all in one weekend.

The catch? He had almost zero dirt bike experience on top of the $1,000 budget.

Between the bike, parts, gear, race costs, and everything else that comes with showing up, the budget disappeared pretty quickly. But after everything was over, he was still smiling just as big as other racers who spent 3x as much.

We documented the whole thing to see just how realistic affordable pit-bike racing actually is. Link in bio. 👆

Stock shocks have limits. These are built to go further.

Heat, repeated impacts, changing terrain. Your shocks deal with all of it. DragonFire Racing’s new Performance Shocks use a monotube design with increased oil capacity to help manage heat and maintain more consistent damping during hard use.

These also feature increased adjustability, so you can tune the suspension around your terrain, riding style, or load. Plus, they’re designed as direct bolt-on replacements for an easier upgrade.

This might be the coolest Trail 70 build we’ve ever seen. 😳

Eric, one of our powersports Sales Representatives, showed us around the ‘72 Honda Trail 70 he revived from the ground up with upgrades from Kenda Automotive Tires USA, ProTaper, and more.

What started as a literal barn find was turned into a fun mini bike that can rip up everything from a dirt road to a track, and now we’re all thinking about getting one. 👀

If you live and breathe bikes like we do, hit the Careers link in our bio to check out our open roles. 🔗

ProTaper found a way to get MORE control out of your bike? 👀

Every braking bump, square edge, and hard landing sends force and vibration through the front end and into the rider’s arms. Over the course of a moto or long trail ride, that constant feedback can contribute to fatigue, increased grip tension, and the forearm tightness riders know as arm pump. 💪

ProTaper’s Vibration Dampening System (VDS) Bar Mount Kit puts a precision-tuned elastomer between the handlebar and triple clamp to absorb and dissipate some of that energy before it reaches the rider. As the front end takes a hit, the elastomer compresses to absorb the initial force, while a dedicated spacer helps control the rebound. The result is a more controlled feel through rough sections instead of the same sharp impact being transferred directly to your hands.

The system is also tunable with three interchangeable elastomers:

💥 Soft: More vibration absorption for technical trails, hard enduro and long days
💥 Medium: A balance of comfort and control for mixed conditions
💥 Firm: More support and responsiveness for aggressive riding, big hits and MX

The goal isn’t to isolate the rider from the bike. VDS is designed to reduce the unwanted vibration while maintaining the feedback needed to feel traction changes, front-end loading and terrain transitions. Less harsh feedback can mean less hand and arm fatigue, a lighter grip and better consistency deeper into a moto or longer into a trail ride.

It’s a relatively small change at one of the rider’s primary contact points, but one that can have a meaningful impact on how the bike feels over time.

We all have that one that got away. 😫

For those who are brave enough to sell their beloved bikes in the first place, some of them come with regret. Whether it was sentimental or a thrill you’ll probably never experience again, we all feel the same pain.

What’s a bike YOU regret selling? 👇

Ducati in 1994 vs. Ducati in 2025. 🇮🇹

The Ducati 916 changed the sportbike world when it arrived in 1994, combining Massimo Tamburini’s iconic design with a chassis and V-twin that helped make it one of the most influential superbikes of its era.

Fast-forward to today, and the Panigale V4 Tricolore carries that same focus on performance into the modern era with a 1,103cc V4, advanced electronics, and a very different approach to making a superbike fast.

Big thanks to MTD Motorworks and Montgomeryville Cycle Center for letting us put both of these icons in our lobby.
